We read what is legible. Where a word is not, we mark it and ask you rather than guess.
Is this a certified translation?
No. For a certified translation of a document an authority requires, order Certified translation.
How long does it take?
About 2,000 words per working day after we confirm the count. Express (×1.5) is available up to 1,500 words.
How do I send documents securely?
Email them to support@theurbantranslators.com, ideally as a password-protected file with the password given by phone.
