How do I order?
Add a document or service to your cart, enter your details and pay online. You get an order reference. Then email us your files with that reference.
What is a page?
A page is 250 words, not a sheet of paper. It is how we count "Other official document" and how we explain per-word rates.
Will the authority accept your translation?
The receiving body decides. We certify our translations as complete and faithful, and many universities, employers and foreign authorities accept them. Some French bodies require a sworn translation. Our 4-question check tells you which applies.
Who sees my documents?
Only the people working on your order. We do not sell or share them. See the privacy policy.
How long will it take?
Documents take 2 working days from the moment we have all your pages. Text takes about 2,000 words per working day after we confirm the count. Express takes 24 hours.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Before work starts, you get a full refund. Once work has started, you are refunded minus the part already done. After delivery there is no refund, but corrections are free for 30 days. Read the full policy.
