The Urban Translators translates between English and French for people and businesses in Toulon, the Var and beyond. We publish our prices, define our terms and answer the phone.
How we work
Ordering a translation should not feel like guessing. Many sites make you request a quote and wait. Others take your money without telling you what you are buying. We do it differently.
We tell you what you need. A certified translation is not a sworn translation, and neither is an apostille. Our Which translation? page explains the difference, and says so when the answer is that we are not the right place.
We show the price. A page is 250 words. Documents have a fixed price. Text is priced per word, with a minimum. Everything includes VAT.
We stand behind our work. We fix any error of ours for 30 days, free. If an authority rejects a translation because of our error, we correct it or refund the item.
Order online. We answer the phone.
