Prices are in euros and include 20% VAT. Documents have a fixed price. Everything else is priced per word or as a package. Nothing is added at checkout except the options you choose.

How the price works

Word count: You declare it. If the real count differs by more than 10%, we confirm the new price before we start. You can accept and pay the difference, or be refunded the difference, or cancel for a full refund.
VAT: Prices include 20% VAT. Business customers can read the amount excluding VAT in the table and on the invoice.
Payment: Taken online when you order.

What is a page?

The price you see includes 20% VAT. On per-word work we price your declared word count; if the real count differs by more than 10%, we confirm the new price before we start. Nothing else is added except options you choose.

What are the minimum fees?

Legal, medical and technical translation: €60. Business & financial: €50. Proofreading: €40. Other official document: €35. Interpreting: one hour.

How much is Express?

Express multiplies the price by 1.5 and delivers in 24 hours, for documents and texts up to 1,500 words. It is not offered on interpreting.

Do I need an account?

No. You order with your name, email and a phone number if you want one.
